2023 Full Registration IWGS Symposium - International Waterlily & Water Gardening Society

The International Waterlily & Water Gardening Society invites you to register for the 2023 IWGS Symposium to be held in Langley, British Columbia, Canada from August 23 - 27, 2023.

The Full Conference Registration fee of $495 USD per person (Early Bird) includes the Symposium fee, events, bus rides, ferry rides and many of the meals. Early Bird registration ends on July 22, 2023.

The late registration fee (effective July 23, 2023) will be $550 USD.

Hotel rooms are not included in this symposium price. Hotel Booking information can be found by clicking on the 2023 Symposium page.

Please note that while the Symposium cost is in USD, the hotel cost is in Canadian dollars and is payable directly to the hotel. For those of you outside of Canada, this will reflect in a substantial savings to you when you convert to USD or Euros.

Plan to arrive Wednesday August 23rd for Registration and our Evening Reception.

*Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy: There are no refunds after July 22th, 2023. Cancellations on or before July 22th will incur a $50 USD administrative fee.
