2026 Symposium Registration Form - International Waterlily & Water Gardening Society

The International Waterlily & Water Gardening Society invites you to register for the 2026 IWGS Symposium to be held in St. Louis, MO, USA from August 18th to 21st, 2026.

The Early Bird Registration has ended. The non-member registration fee of $695 USD per person includes the Symposium fee, education and events, bus rides, and many of the meals.

If you are a paid IWGS member, please ensure you are logged in to get the special IWGS member rate.

Hotel rooms are not included in this symposium price. Hotel Booking information can be found by clicking on the symposium page.

Please note that the Symposium cost and the hotel cost is in USD. (Hotel cost is payable directly to the hotel).

Symposium attendees will receive a list with all the Registrants' contact details.

Plan to arrive Tuesday afternoon August 18th for the main Registration and our Evening Reception.

*Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy:

There are no refunds after July 18, 2026. Cancellations on or before July 18th will incur a $50 USD administrative fee.

One Main Symposium fee will be at a reduced rate (less 15%)

Your $500 sponsorship also gives you the benefits of ‘Victoria Level’ Commercial Membership, including the 15% discount on the main symposium rate for one person which we will automatically deduct here.
